Hand Techniques

#1 Choon Bee position. Jump to the right at a 45 degree angle into horseriding stance. Hold right fist at the waist, left fist across the stomach. Throw right fist to the opponent’s temple and at the same time a left sudo block to the opponent’s left wrist.

#2 Choon Bee position. Jump to the right at a 45 degree angle into horseriding stance. Hold left fist at the waist, right fist across the stomach. Punch with the left fist to opponent’s solar plexus, at the same time chambering the right hand at the side. Draw left fist across the body, then deliver a right punch to the temple, and at the same time a left sudo block to opponent’s wrist.

#3 Choon Bee position. Step in toward the opponent with right foot into horseriding stance perpendicular to your opponent and deliver a right sudo block to opponent’s right wrist. Cross your hands left over right, deliver a right elbow to opponent’s solar plexus, and at the same time pull the left hand to the waist.

#4 Choon Bee position. Step in toward opponent with right foot to a horseriding stance while delivering a right sudo block to opponent’s right wrist. Cross arms left over right, deliver a right elbow strike to opponent’s solar plexus. Spin to the left into a back stance, and deliver a left elbow strike into the opponent’s stomach.

#5 Choon Bee position. Step toward opponent with right foot into a horseriding stance while delivering a right sudo block to opponent’s right wrist. Keeping the elbow up, deliver a right sudo strike to the right side of opponent’s neck, and quickly return the arm to a bent elbow position.

#6 Choon Bee position. Jump to the left into a horseriding stance with a right Sudo block to outside of opponent’s right wrist. Left hand is chambered at the side. Throw a left punch to opponent’s ribs, and at the same time return the right hand to the waist. Follow with a right punch to opponents temple, pulling the left hand to the waist.

#7 Choon Bee position. Step back with the right leg into a back stance, delivering a left sudo block to opponent’s right wrist. Grab opponents wrist, step forward with right leg into horseriding stance, delivering a right elbow strike to opponent’s chin. Spinning to the left, deliver a left elbow strike to opponent’s ribs.

#8 Choon Bee position. Jump to the right at a 45 degree angle into horseriding stance. right hand is at the waist, and left hand is across the stomach. Deliver a left sudo block to opponents wrist, and at the same time deliver a right sudo strike to opponent’s temple.

#9 Choon Bee position. Step with the right foot into a horseriding stance, delivering a right sudo block to opponent’s wrist. Cross the hands, left over right, and deliver a right elbow strike to opponent’s solar plexus, followed with a right hammer fist to opponents groin, then a right back fist to opponent’s face.

#10 Choon Bee position. Step back with the left foot into back stance, delivering a right sudo block to outside of opponent’s right wrist. Grab wrist, and step forward with the left foot into a horseriding stance inside of opponent’s right leg. With the left hand push opponent’s right elbow down and forward, and at the same time pull the opponent’s right wrist behind their back. Bend opponent down over your left thigh and suddenly kick your leg back, knocking opponent’s right leg off the ground, and the opponent to the ground

#11 Choon Bee position. Step back with the right leg into a back stance, delivering a left sudo block to opponent’s wrist. Step in with left foot to a front stance, sliding left arm down opponent’s right arm, and grab opponents shoulders with both hands. Pull opponents upper body forward and down, bringing your right knee up and into opponents chest.

#12 Choon Bee position. Step back into a right back stance, deliver a left sudo block to opponent’s right wrist. Slide left foot forward into front stance, sliding left arm down opponent’s right arm. Grab the back of the head with both hands. Pull opponent’s head forward and down while bringing the right knee up and into opponents face.

#13 Choon Bee position. Step in with right foot to a horseriding stance, delivering a right sudo block to opponent’s right wrist. Slide right arm down opponents right arm, delivering a right sudo strike to opponent’s neck. Spin to the left, and deliver a left sudo strike to the other side of opponent’s neck.

#14 Choon Bee position. Jump to the left at a 45 degree angle into a horseriding stance. Deliver a right sudo block to the outside of opponent’s right wrist. Slide the right hand down opponent’s arm and grab the shoulder. Deliver a right side kick to opponent’s knee, and at the same time pull opponent’s shoulder back.

#15 Choon Bee position. Jump to the left at a 45 degree angle into a horseriding stance. Deliver a right sudo block to the outside of opponent’s right wrist. Slide the right hand down opponent’s arm and grab the shoulder. Deliver a right side kick to opponent’s knee, and at the same time pull opponent’s shoulder back. Catch opponent on your leg, and deliver a right elbow strike to opponent’s chest.

Feet Techniques

#1 Fighting position, left foot forward. Front snap kick with the right foot at the opponents upper body. Jump to the right at a 45 degree angle into a horseriding position. Left punch to the ribs, then a right punch to the temple.

#2 Fighting position, left foot forward. Turning side kick with the right foot to opponents solar plexus. Jump to the right into a horseriding position. Left punch to opponents ribs, then a right punch to the temple.

#3 Fighting position, right foot forward. Back kick with the left foot to the upper body of opponent. Come around to front stance, delivering a left sudo block to the opponents left wrist and at the same time a right punch to the face.

#4 Fighting position, left foot forward. Round kick to the temple with the right foot. Jump to the right at a 45 degree angle into a horseriding position. Left fist chambered at the side, right fist up in a block. Left punch to the opponents ribs, then a right sudo strike to the opponents temple.

#5 Choon Be position. Jump to the left on the left leg, landing with the right knee drawn waist high and deliver a side kick to opponents ribs with right foot. Drop to horseriding position behind opponent. Right sudo strike to back of opponents neck.

#6 Choon Bee position. Jump to the left on left leg, landing with right knee drawn waist high and deliver a round kick to opponents stomach with the ball of right foot. Pullback foot and drop into horseriding position behind opponent. Right sudo strike to back of opponents neck. Lifting right leg, turn into right front stance and punch with left fist to opponents ribs.

#7 Choon Bee position. Step back into a right back stance, left foot forward. Deliver a sudo block to opponents right wrist, grabbing wrist, follow with a right front kick with the foot turned in to the temple. Set down into horseriding position perpendicular to your opponent. Backfist to the opponents face, followed with a left elbow strike to the ribs.

#8 Fighting position, left foot forward. Side kick with the right foot to the opponents body followed immediately by another side kick to the head of the opponent. (Double side kick, middle and high.)

#9 Choon Bee position. Step to the left into a narrow front stance with right sudo block to the outside of the opponents right wrist. Follow with a right hook kick to opponents head. Set down along side opponent in horseriding position, backfist to the temple, then turning into a narrow front stance, follow with a left elbow strike to the ribs.

#10 Fighting position, right foot forward. Knock opponents right punch down with a left leg outside-inside crescent kick to the wrist area and immediately follow up with a right leg spinning hook kick to the opponents head.

#11 Choon Bee position. Step to the left into a narrow front stance with a right sudo block to the outside of opponents right wrist. Grab wrist, then deliver a right side kick to opponents ribs.

#12 Fighting position, left foot forward. Right front snap kick to opponents solar plexus, immediately follow up with a right round kick to opponents temple.

#13 Fighting position, left foot forward. Right outside-inside crescent kick to opponents right wrist, knocking down opponents punch. Follow up with a right side kick to opponents face.

#14 Choon Bee position. As opponent delivers a front snap kick to the chest area, block the kick with an x-block and grab opponents leg. Step out to the left into a semi-horseriding position and pull opponent past you. Step into a front stance, left foot forward and deliver a reverse punch to opponents ribs.

#15 Choon Bee position. As opponent delivers a turning side kick, bring your hands to chest level and deliver an x-block to protect your solar plexus. Grab opponents leg and step into a semi-horseriding position and pull opponents leg past you. Step into a front stance, left foot forward and deliver a reverse punch to opponents ribs.

Three Step Sparring

Start all forms (1-10) from Choon Bee position

 1. A  Step back with right foot, left low block, then forward with three center punches: right, left, right.
  B  Step back with right foot, left middle block outward: left, right, left. Counter sliding forward with middle punch.
2. A  Step back with right foot, left low block, then forward with three center punches: right, left, right.
  B  Step back with right foot, left middle block outward: left, right, left. Counter sliding forward with right knife hand strike to the side of the throat.
3. A  Step back with right foot, left low block, then forward with three high punches: right, left, right.
  B  Step back with right foot and three rising blocks: left, right, left. Counter sliding forward with a right knife hand strike to the temple.
4. A  Step back with right foot, left low block, then forward with three center punches: right, left, right.
  B Step back with right foot, left middle block inward: left, right, left. Counter sliding forward, stepping to the outside of their attacker's foot, punching with right fist under attacker's right arm.
5. A  Step back with right foot, left low block, then forward with three center punches: right, left, right.
  B  Step back with three middle knife hand blocks: left, right, left. Grab wrist then slide forward and execute right elbow strike to base of opponent's jaw.
6. A  Step back with right foot, left low block, then forward with three center punches: right, left, right.
  B  Step back with three middle knife hand blocks: left, right, left. Grab wrist, then slide forward and execute right elbow strike to jaw, then backfist to the temple.
7. A  Step back with right foot, left low block, then forward with three center punches: right, left, right.
  B  Step back with three middle knife hand blocks: left, right, left. Counter sliding forward with left foot, delivering left two finger eye strike.
8. A  Step back with right foot, left low block, then forward with three center punches: right, left, right.
  B  Step back with three middle knife hand blocks: left, right, left. Grab wrist, place your right foot next to opponent's right foot, then step through with left foot into horse riding stance. Pull opponent's arm toward the ground, and hit back of opponent's knee with right knife hand. Trap opponents arm with left leg, execute a right punch.
 9.  A  Step back with right foot, left low block, then forward with three center punches: right , left, right.
   B  Step back with right leg, execute three scooping blocks: left, right, left. Grab wrist from inside with left hand, slide forward with right palm strike to chest.
 10.  A  Step back with right foot, left low block, then forward with three center punches: right, left, right.
   B  Step back with right foot, execute three knife hand blocks to outside of opponent's wrist: right, left, right. Counter sliding forward with right foot to outside of their right foot into a horse riding stance. Knife hand strike with right hand to kidney area.

TWO STEP FIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS

Start all attacks from ready stance, both sides

11. A  Slide forward into right front stance, deliver right high punch, then left low front kick, setting foot down forward.
  B  Slide back with right foot into front stance executing a left knife hand rising block. Without moving execute a low x-block for the front kick, then execute a left face level punch.
12. A Slide forward with right high punch, then left middle side kick.
  B  Step back with right foot, delivering high x-block in back stance. Slide left foot into cat stance, and execute a left low block. Then strike with right front kick to the tailbone.
13. A  Slide forward with right middle punch, then left middle side kick.
  B  Slide back with right foot, left scooping block, then a right inward crescent kick, blocking the side kick. Without setting the foot down, counter with side kick to the opponent's back.
14. A  Right middle front kick, then right high punch.
  B  Slide back with right foot into back stance, left low block, counter with right side kick under opponent's right arm.
15. A  Right high side kick, then left spinning back kick.
  B  Slide back with right foot into front stance, left rising block, then back again with right rising block. Chambering the hands in fists at either side of the waist, slip the right foot forward to back stance, executing a double punch.
16. A  Slide forward with right foot into front stance, right middle punch, then slide right foot back into front stance, left middle punch.
  B  Slide forward with right foot into front stance, executing a left knife hand forearm block and right middle punch at the same time. Slide the left foot over into a back stance with a right forearm block and right backfist strike to the temple.


HO SIN SUL

1. One hand grab to the wrist. Step back into horse riding stance, pulling wrist free, counter with backfist to the head.

2. Two hand grab to the wrist. With free hand grab your own fist, stepping into a back stance, and pull arm up.

3. One hand grab to the wrist. With free hand grab attacker's hand setting your thumb on attackers pressure point. Bring attacker's arm across your body, and pull back on the elbow.

4. One hand grab to the wrist. Swing held hand up with elbow bent. With free hand grab attackers hand from underneath, putting pressure on the wrist.

5. One hand grab to the wrist. Go under attacker's arm from the other side of his body, and bring the arm over your head. Pull the arm down onto your shoulder.

6. One hand grab to each wrist. Turn palms up, stepping at a 45 degree angle. Push the hands out, then pivot the feet, and deliver a knife hand strike to the neck and the temple at the same time.

7. Grab from behind over arms. Stomping on the attacker's foot, then move your body slightly to the side, giving attacker a hammerfist to the groin. Throw elbows up to free yourself, giving an elbow strike to both sides. Turning, step back into front stance, deliver a reverse punch to the face.

8. Grab from front over arms. Give attacker a knee strike to the groin, throw elbows up to free yourself. Give attacker elbow strikes to both sides of the body under the armpit.

9. One hand grab to top center of Do Bok. Grab attacker's hand, putting your thumb on the pressure point. Twist the arm across your body, delivering an elbow strike to the elbow.

10. Two hand grab to front center of Do Bok. Bring hand over attacker's arms, stepping into a horse riding stance. Pull attacker's arms down, delivering an elbow strike to the face.

11. One hand grab to the shoulder. Bring hand of held shoulder in front of your body, and turn over the top of attacker's arm. Bring your arm under attacker's elbow, applying pressure on the elbow.

12. Two hand grab to the shoulder from the front. Bring your arms up on the inside of attacker's arms knocking them up and out. Step in, striking the kidneys on the back side.

13. One hand grab to the hair from the front. Hold attacker's hand in place with both your hands. Step back and bend down causing pressure on attacker's wrist.

14. One hand grab to the belt from the front. Hold attackers hand in place with both your hands. Twist your body to the side causing pressure on attacker's wrist, then throw him the opposite direction.

15. Grab around body under the arms from the front. Bring your leg up for a knee strike to attacker's body and then an elbow strike to the back.

16. Two hand grab of both wrists from behind. Back kick to the solar plexus.

17. Two hand grab to shoulder from behind. Turning toward attacker bring arm up and over attacker's arms. Pin his arms to you and deliver a reverse punch.

18. Forearm choke from behind. Deliver an elbow strike to the ribs, the grab the hand and elbow, backing out beside attacker's body. Apply pressure on attacker's arm.
